Epico Development are a real estate development company. This company primarily develop commercial and mixed-use commercial/residential properties, with very little single-family home construction. After completing a number of eco-friendly LEED certified projects, it has decided to emphasize environmentally sustainable development in all of their projects. Most of Epico projects are in the US in California, as well as a growing number of projects in Thailand.
