‘Werkplaats4’ (means Workplace4) will offer a place where managers will learn how to use their business knowledge en skills and to apply structure and new methods to get the improvement tasks done. For every individual ‘Werkplaats4’ sets up a personal work agenda, in which is stated what the purpose of the participation is, in other words, with want kind of organisational problem the manager wants to deal with.
